The new adaptation of Wicked boasts an impressive cast, including Ariana Grande, Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Marissa Bode, Bowen Yang, Bronwyn James, Keala Settle, and Peter Dinklage. The script was penned by the stage show’s original book writer Winne Holzman and composer-lyricist Stephen Schwartz. The film is being produced by Marc Platt through his Universal-based production company, Marc Platt Productions, in collaboration with David Stone. The project is being overseen by Senior Executive Vice President of Production Erik Baiers and Vice President of Production Development Lexi Barta on behalf of the studio, with executive producers David Nicksay, Schwartz, and Jared LeBoff.
