Apple recently unveiled the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max as part of their ‘It’s Glowtime’ launch event. These latest flagship smartphones boast top-of-the-line features and are powered by the impressive A18 Pro chip, which introduces new Apple Intelligence features that enhance the overall user experience.

The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max come with larger displays compared to their predecessors. The iPhone 16 Pro features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max boasts a 6.9-inch screen. Both models offer a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 2,000nits peak brightness, and Apple’s upgraded Ceramic Shield protection for added durability.

One of the standout features of the iPhone 16 Pro series is the triple rear camera setup. This setup includes a 48-megapixel wide primary camera, an upgraded 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with a ‘tetraprism’ periscope lens that enables up to 5x optical zoom performance. The iPhone 16 Pro is priced starting at $999 for the 128GB variant, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max starts at $1,199 for the 256GB option. Customers can also choose from 512GB and 1TB storage models in various color options. Preorders for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max begin on September 13, with the phones becoming available for purchase on September 20 through Apple’s website and authorized retailers.

In addition to the impressive camera capabilities and performance specifications, the iPhone 16 series introduces new features like the touch-sensitive Camera Control button for quick access to the camera. Both models also come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability in various environments. The phones can be charged at 27W with a compatible charger or at 15W using a MagSafe or Qi2-compatible wireless charging adapter.
