Rebel Rocker Flea Causes Stir at Inside Out 2 Premiere

At the recent world premiere of Inside Out 2 in Los Angeles, Red Hot Chili Peppers rocker Flea caused quite a stir with his rebellious antics. Despite voicing a character in the latest Disney-Pixar movie, Flea proved that he is still a rebel at heart as he posed on the purple carpet with both middle fingers in the air. This unexpected display of rockstar vibes took many by surprise, but it seemed to be all in good fun as he even busted out some dance moves for the cameras.

The event at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood drew a diverse crowd, including families and celebrities alike. Among the attendees were Ashlee Simpson, her husband Evan Ross, and their children. Flea, who reprises his voice role as Mind Cop Worker Jake from the original film, was joined by Kensington Tallman, who voices the character of 13-year-old Riley in the sequel. Other celebrity guests included Ayo Edebiri, Maya Hawke, Kyle MacLachlan, Lewis Black, Yvette Nicole Brown, Ron Funches, Lilimar, Liza Lapira, and Tony Hale.

The sequel to Inside Out follows the adventures of Riley as she navigates high school and develops a new set of emotions. Ayo Edebiri, whose character Envy is a new addition to the sequel, brought a pop of cyan to the red carpet. Maya Hawke, who voices the character Anxiety, also attended the premiere. While some voice actors from the original film did not return for the sequel, new actors like Yvette Nicole Brown, Ron Funches, and Lilimar joined the cast to bring fresh perspectives to the story.

Despite the absence of some original cast members, Inside Out 2 promises to deliver a new and engaging storyline that continues to explore the complexities of human emotions. Flea’s rebellious antics at the premiere may have raised eyebrows, but they added a touch of excitement to the event. As fans eagerly await the release of the film, the star-studded premiere has set the stage for another emotional journey into the inner workings of the mind.
