Jackson’s ejection from Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers marked the second time this season that he has been removed from a game due to an illegal hit. Vice President of Football Operations Jon Runyan criticized Jackson’s actions in a letter, stating that he had “delivered a forceful blow to the head/neck area of a defenseless receiver” when he had the opportunity to avoid such contact.
